The Pool Runs Challenge

Show us what you’re paying today.

Send us the invoice from whatever you run your business on today. We’ll read it, price your route against it, and come back with a number that beats your monthly software bill.

If we can’t beat it, we’ll say so and tell you to stay put. That’s the whole challenge.

Optional. We may call about something on your invoice, or to walk you through the comparison. Leave it blank and we’ll keep it to email.

Your invoice is read by us and nobody else. We don’t contact your current vendor, and we don’t sell your information.

How it goes

01

You send the bill

Whatever you have. An invoice, a receipt, a screenshot of the charge. If you're on a spreadsheet and paying nothing, say that instead.

02

We read it properly

Per-seat charges, add-on modules, texting fees, payment processing. The parts that don't show up on the pricing page are usually where the money is.

03

You get a straight answer

A comparison in writing, with a price that beats what you pay now, or a note telling you your current deal is the better one.

What you’re comparing

More software. Less money.

Route building and work orders are table stakes. Everyone has them. The comparison is about what your bill covers after that.

Column two describes what we see most often on invoices sent to us. Your bill may differ. That’s what the comparison is for.

Fair questions

What you’re probably wondering

What if you can't beat my price?

Then we tell you to stay where you are, and you've lost nothing but the minute it took to upload. We'd rather say that than sell you a lateral move.

Am I going to get called by a sales rep?

If you leave a phone number, we might. Sometimes a line on an invoice needs a question asked, and sometimes it is faster to walk you through the comparison than to write all of it out. The comparison itself always comes to you in writing by email. If you would rather not be called, leave the phone field blank and we will keep it to email.

What happens to my invoice?

We read it and write your comparison from it. A copy stays on your record so we can answer questions about the numbers later, and the uploaded file is deleted from our storage after 90 days. It isn't shared, it isn't sold, and your current vendor never hears from us.

I'm not paying for software at all.

Send us nothing and say so in the form. We'll price your route against what you're doing by hand instead, and tell you whether it's worth changing.

What about moving my data across?

Customers, pools, routes, and service history come with you, and we do the import. Nobody re-types two hundred accounts.

One upload. A straight answer either way.

Takes about a minute. Worst case, you find out you already have the better deal.
